Plans differ only in how many machines and vehicles you have in use. Drivers, sites, challans and bills are never counted. Prices are in Indian rupees, for the period you choose.

Open your MachPilot account on this website, with the email and password you use in the app.
Pick the plan and the period, then pay through Razorpay by UPI, card or net banking.
The plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed. The receipt is emailed to you and stays on the account page.

The machines and vehicles your business has in use. One set to Idle in the app is not counted, and one hired in from another MachPilot owner counts on their plan, not yours. Drivers, sites, challans and bills are never counted.
A new business has 14 days with the whole app, with no limit on machines or vehicles and no card or bank details asked for. A plan bought during the trial starts when the trial ends.
No. Every plan is paid in advance and there is no standing instruction. Before a period ends we remind you by email, and you pay for the next one only if you want it.
You and your drivers can still open and download everything recorded. Adding or changing records stops until a plan is bought again; work already under way can be finished.
Yes, in its last 7 days, from when its first reminder is sent. The new period starts the day the current one ends, so no day is paid for twice. Before then the plan you have isn’t sold to you again; for more room sooner, choose a bigger plan, which starts at once.
Yes, from the account page. The days left on your plan are carried over to the new one, worked out at the price you paid for them. A smaller plan can be chosen once it covers the machines and vehicles you have in use.
No GST is charged on these prices, and the receipt says so.
In full if you were charged twice, charged without your plan starting, or charged the wrong amount; and for the unused part if we stop offering MachPilot. Otherwise a period that has begun is not refunded. Write within 30 days of the payment — the refund policy has the details.
