MachPilot is software that is used online. Nothing is shipped or delivered by post, and there is no delivery charge.
When a plan starts
A plan you pay for starts on your MachPilot account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, normally within a few minutes. If you still have days left on a plan, the new period starts when they end, so no paid day is lost. The receipt is emailed to you and appears on the account page.
Where you use it
You use MachPilot in the MachPilot app on an Android phone, signing in with your account (a business owner creates it in the app, or our administrators create it; a driver gets theirs from their owner), and on the account page at machpilot.in.
If a plan does not start
If your plan has not started within 24 hours of a successful payment, write to support@machpilot.in with the Razorpay payment reference. We will start it or refund the payment, as our Refunds and cancellation page explains.
