About MachPilot
MachPilot is an app for businesses that hire out earthmoving machines and tippers: JCB backhoe loaders, poclain and mini poclain excavators, and the vehicles that carry their loads.
MachPilot is run from Pune, India, by the same people who hire out these machines themselves, so it records the work the way it is done on site.
What it does
- Drivers start and end each day's work in the app, with a photo of the machine's meter.
- The site engineer checks the day's challan and approves it with a one-time number, or corrects it first.
- The owner sees which machines are working and where, and turns approved challans into bills.
- Payments, expenses, driver pay and advances are recorded beside the work, and reports add them up.
How it is offered
A business owner creates their account in the MachPilot app, or our administrators create it for them. Plans are chosen by the size of the fleet and are paid for in advance on this website, as shown on the Pricing page. There is no automatic renewal.
